Smudge Sticks

Smudging sticks are used for protecting. Carefully light the tip of the smudging stick and blow out flames. The smoke is used for protection. Smudging sticks are made from locally grown herbs. I made each stick by hand and even hand thredded each stick. Smudging sticks contain the following herbs: Sage, Rosemery, thyme, and spearmint
